Empowering Business – Shaping a Sustainable Future for all

2025

Established in Vietnam, our founding team brings many years of practical experience in the fields of labour, compliance, and sustainable development.

Social Enterprise

As a Social Enterprise under Vietnam’s Enterprise Law, we believe that the true success of a business lies in the positive impact it creates for workers, enterprises, society, and the environment.

Practical Experience

A team of experts with hands‑on experience in implementing programs to improve working conditions, providing ESG advisory, and conducting supply chain due diligence across multiple export manufacturing sectors in Vietnam.

Our Story

Responsible Business Vietnam Co., Ltd. (RBV) was established in the context of Vietnamese enterprises’ deep integration into the global supply chain. With the rapid growth of information and communication technology, consumers, investors, and governments are increasingly concerned not only about product quality but also about how those products are made.

In that context, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has moved beyond the role of a simple philanthropic activity to become a vital strategic element.
Effective CSR implementation not only helps enterprises comply with supply chain due diligence requirements from demanding markets such as Europe and North America, but also serves as a “passport” for brands, enabling them to build customer trust and enhance their reputation on the international stage.

On the national level, the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 843/QĐ-TTg on the “National Action Program to Promote Responsible Business Practices for the period 2023–2027” marks Vietnam’s strong commitment to building a sustainable business environment. At the same time, major trading partners such as the EU and the United States are tightening regulations on supply chain due diligence — making compliance no longer optional, but a prerequisite for maintaining a foothold in key export markets.

Responsible Business Vietnam was founded precisely to meet that need. As an independent social enterprise, our team of seasoned experts with years of practical experience in labor, compliance, and sustainable development in Vietnam delivers comprehensive, in‑depth solutions. We help Vietnamese businesses not only align with national action program goals but also comply with increasingly stringent international due diligence regulations. Beyond compliance, we aim to transform corporate social responsibility into a sustainable competitive advantage on the global stage.

Our Vision

We envision a Vietnam where the business community, especially manufacturing enterprises within the global supply chain, regards social and environmental responsibility as a natural, inseparable part of business strategy; where economic growth always goes hand in hand with social progress and genuine respect for workers.

That is a society where workers have decent jobs and are treated fairly; where small and medium sized enterprises can participate in international supply chains without being left behind due to limited technical capacity or information; and where the benefits of export growth are shared more broadly, including with vulnerable groups and remote communities. We aspire to contribute to building a more responsible, sustainable, and equitable Vietnamese economy, for the benefit of all.

“Compliance is the starting point, not the destination.” When businesses are supported to go beyond minimum compliance — building effective management systems, respecting workers, and proactively meeting supply chain requirements — social responsibility evolves into a competitive advantage. This belief is the cornerstone of our vision.

Our Mission

Our mission is to become a strategic partner for enterprises in the global supply chain. We collaborate with international brands to deliver supply chain due diligence solutions and empower manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam to integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices into their core business operations, thereby supporting Vietnamese enterprises in their integration into the global supply chain.

Through in-depth advisory, assessment, and training services, we not only help enterprises meet international standards but also strengthen their management systems and support the creation of a workplace where workers have access to decent work and are empowered to raise their voices. We believe that promoting positive environmental and social impacts is the pathway to enhancing enterprises’ sustainable competitiveness within the supply chain.

Our Core Values

1

Integrity & Independence

We act with absolute integrity. Our assessments and recommendations are evidence based, uninfluenced by any commercial or political pressure. Independence is the foundation of trust.

2

Technical Quality

We set the highest standards in every service we deliver, from compliance assessments to advisory, and capacity‑building activities. For us, quality is not a goal to strive toward, but the minimum commitment we uphold.

3

Meaningful impacts

We measure success by real changes in the workplace, not by the number of reports or activities delivered. Every intervention are designed to bring about tangible improvements that workers and businesses can truly feel.

4

Partnership and Trust

We come not to police, but to accompany. Our relationships with clients are built on long‑term trust. We understand the unique context of each business and never impose one‑size‑fits‑all solutions.

5

Continuous improvements

We do not accept the status quo — not only with the businesses we serve, but with ourselves. The RBV team is committed to continuous learning, updating, and strengthening our capabilities in a constantly evolving legal and international environment.

6

Social Responsibility

As a social enterprise, profit is not our destination. Every unit of revenue contributes to funding programs that support vulnerable workers, small and medium‑sized enterprises, and disadvantaged communities. This is both our legal and ethical commitment.
