Dang Hong Van is an Enterprise Advisor for RBV Office in Ho Chi Minh City. Before RBV, she worked for Better Work Vietnam for 14 years. Previously, she had almost ten years experience as a human resource manager with foreign-invested and Vietnamese companies. Within these roles, Van developed and managed HR policies and administration including service contracts, internal regulations, compensation and promotion policies, labour reports, ISO standard compliance, induction training and career development for staff. Prior to this role, she spent three years working as a translator and editor for Sport Today, a national newspaper. Van has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Social Science and Humanities, Hanoi.
