Hoang Thi Phuong Anh is an Enterprise Advisor for RBV Office in Ho Chi Minh City. Before RBV, she worked as an Enterprise Advisor for Better Work Vietnam for over 10 yers. Previously, she had more than 8 years experience working in compliance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the manufacturing industry. Phuong Anh has helped to develop and maintain CSR systems, monitor factory CSR performance in line with the Vietnam labour code and customers’ standards, as well as conduct internal assessments on Social Compliance, Occupational Safety and Health, C-TPAT and BP. She also has experience in developing and maintaining factory grievance systems. Phuong Anh has a B.A of Economy Geography from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Ho Chi Minh City.
