Tran Thi Thao Nguyen is an Enterprise Advisor for RBV Office in Ho Chi Minh City. Before RBV, she was an Enterprise Advisor for Better Work Vietnam for 8 years. Previously, she had more than 10 years working with INGOs in development areas. Before joining Better Work, Nguyen worked as the Program Manager of Coach for College and collaborated with the unit in the US to develop projects that focused on education, training and capacity building for children and youth. Prior to that, she worked with Education for Development as the Program Officer where she was in charge of the organisation’s training component. Nguyen holds a B.A in Sociology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
